JEFFERSON CITY – The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report of arrests.
31-year-old Shamelle D. Carpenter of St. Louis was arrested on a charge of failing to appear on a speeding charge at 8:31 a.m. Saturday, October 26 in Ste. Genevieve County. He was being held pending the posting of bond.
