Heberlie, Jeremy Michael W/M DOB: 07/08/1979 of Bloomsdale MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of Traffic charges.  Bond was set at $200.00 cash only.

Dierks, Mark Clifford Jr. W/M DOB: 09/27/1977 of Bloomsdale MO was arrested on the following warrants:

-Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Bond was set at $25,000.00. No 10% allowed, surety or property bond allowed.

-Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the charge of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.  Bond was set at $25,000.00. No 10% allowed, surety or property bond allowed.

-Failure to Appear Warrant through St. Francois County on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $25,000.00 cash or surety. No 10% allowed.

-Probation Violation Warrant on the charge of Probation Violation-absconder.  No bond allowed.

Doss, Brandon Scott W/M DOB: 05/16/1987 of Bloomsdale MO was arrested on a Parole Violation Warrant on the original charge of Absconder. No bond allowed.

Williams, Bradley Ray W/M DOB: 10/31/1980 of Bonne Terre MO was arrested on the following warrants:

-Failure to Appear Warrant through Desloge Police Department on the original charge of Aggravated Assault.  Bond was set at $123.50 cash or surety.

-Failure to Appear Warrant through Desloge Police Department on the original charge of Dangerous drugs.  Bond was set at $283.50 cash or surety.

-Failure to Appear Warrant through Desloge Police Department on the original charge of Narcotic Equipment.  Bond was set at $533.50 cash or surety.

-Failure to Appear Warrant through Desloge Police Department on the original charge of Disorderly Conduct.  Bond was set at $283.50 cash or surety.

Duran, Lemar De Sean W/M DOB: 01/09/1970 of Ste. Genevieve MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Crawford County on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.  No bond allowed.

Haynes, Michael Allen W/M DOB: 08/23/1980 of Ste. Genevieve MO was arrested on the following Warrants:

-Failure to Appear Warrant through Jefferson County on the original charge of Drove Wrong Direction.  Released on a Recognizance bond.

-Failure to Appear Warrant through Jefferson County on the original charge of Driving While Revoked.  Bond was set at $400.00 cash only.

This is a partial listing of activity investigated by the Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office.  Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only.  Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law. Some cases are currently under investigation; any citizen with additional information is encouraged to call the Sheriff’s Office with any information you may have.  Again, each and every suspect is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
