PERRYVILLE — The Perryville Police Department has released its latest report of arrests.
Among those listed as arrested:
46-year-old Vivian C. Smith of Perryville on charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia as a prior drug offender.
50-year-old William H. Hapgood II of Perryville on charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia as a prior drug offender.
Police say both arrests came about 6:46 p.m. October 4th in the 200 block of N. West Street after police responded to a report of a disturbance.
