Ste. Genevieve man injured in Route 32 crash

JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State State Highway Patrol reports a 21-year-old Ste. Genevieve man suffered moderate injuries in a traffic crash on Route 32 in St. Francois County Monday evening.

 

Highway Patrol Trooper Z. L. Ricker investigated the crash.

 

He wrote in his report that Dillon A. Cowley was the driver of an eastbound 1998 Toyota Tacoma which went out of control on a curve and struck an eastbound 2012 Ford Fusion driven by 23-year-old Kaleigh N. Vinson of Farmington.

 

The trooper reported Cowley was taken to Parkland Health Center in Farmington for treatment. He said Vinson was not injured.

 

The trooper’s report states the accident happened about 8:13 p.m. near Valley Forge Road.

 

Both vehicles were total losses and were removed by Marler’s Towing.
