CHESTER – The Chester girls played in the conference tournament at Roland Barkau Memorial Golf Course in Okawville Thursday, placing fifth as a team.
Carlyle came in first with a 335, followed by Okawville with a 352, Red Bud at 364, Steeleville at 384, Chester at 414, Marissa at 462, Dupo at 507, Sparta +154.
Macy Bert led the Lady Jackets with a score of 94, followed by Riley Myers at 105, Riley Conley at 132, Riley Lochhead at 101, Mallorie Homan at 124 and Jessica Stumpe at 114.
The Lady Jackets host Red Bud Monday at 4.
CHESTER – The Chester boys traveled to Waterloo Thursday to play against Gibault and ended up losing this one 175-159.
Leading the team was sophomore Trevin Eggemeyer with a 39 (+3). Not far behind him was Tallen James with a 40, followed by Evan Dunning at 48, Max Blechle at 48, Kross Jany at 50, Noah Homan at 53, Logan Brace at 58, Aiden McKinney at 60, and Logan Springston at 62.
Moving on to a big week next week where the Yellow Jackets will play against Murphysboro Monday at 4 p.m. and then Regionals on Wednesday.
STE. GENEVIEVE – Valle plays a tri-match at Farmington with St. Pius Wednesday.
STE. GENEVIEVE – Ste. Genevieve was scheduled to play at the Cat Scratch Fever at Westminster Tournament today at Quail Creek, but the event has been canceled and will not be rescheduled.
The Dragons host Cape Notre Dame, Jackson and Valle Thursday at 3:30.
Volleyball

The Indians play at Ste. Genevieve Monday at 7 p.m.
