A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, October 3, 2024 for 73-year-old Marjorie “Marge” Lydia Rose Williams of Sainte Genevieve, Mo. who passed away Sunday, September 22, 2024 at her home.
She was born March 24, 1951 in Camarthen, Wales, a daughter of Doris South and Alfred South who both preceded her in death.
She married Michael Williams on May 8, 1976. He survives in Ste. Genevieve, Mo.
She is also survived by a daughter: Nicola Wissler of Perryville, Mo.; a son: Ian (Kim) Williams of Saint Mary, Mo.; two brothers: Gerald South of Exeter and Robert (Julie) South of Pembrokeshire; grandchildren: Megan Wissler, Quentin Wittkopf, Owen Williams; and great-grandchildren: Liam and Hayden.
Marge loved to watch her grandkids and their sporting events.
She also enjoyed watching hummingbirds, riding horses, walking her dogs and gardening.
Marge was very proud of her Welsh heritage.
There will be a Celebration of Life for 73-year-old Marjorie “Marge” Lydia Rose Williams of Sainte Genevieve, Mo. 4-8 p.m. Thursday, October 3, 2024 at Immaculate Conception Church.
Memorials may be made to the St. Mary Immaculate Conception Church Preservation Society.
