CHESTER – Chester Grade School presented its bi-monthly “Hive Awards” Friday September 20 as part of the character education program.
Teachers nominated 30 students for this recognition for demonstrating one of the following “HIVE” characteristics: Respect (9), Responsibility (12), Safety (0), or Empathy (9).

Each honoree was recognized with a certificate and his or her name was announced at the school-wide assembly.
