Ava Greer named September Elks Student of the Month

STE. GENEVIEVE – Congratulations to Ava Greer, the Elks Student of the Month for September from Ste. Genevieve High School. Ava is the daughter of Michelle and Tony Greer.

 



Ava’s scholastic honors include: being ranked first in her senior class; earning A Honor Roll; being in the Top 10% of her class; being awarded the Summa Cum Laude designation; and winning numerous class awards, including Pre-Calculus, Advanced Biology, Chemistry, CP English II, and CP Biology.

Ava has also been involved in a number of clubs and organizations, including serving as Junior Class President, National Honors Society President, FRIENDS Club Officer, Student Council Officer and being a member of the following: Mentors, National Art Honors Society, and Principal Advisory Group.

Ava is a member of the SGHS Varsity softball team and the Stars Elite travel softball team. She has received numerous recognitions in softball, including: All-State, All-Conference, All-Districts, and All-Region.

In her free time, Ava enjoys playing softball, spending time with her grandparents, hanging out with friends, camping with her family, and doing puzzles. She works part-time at American Custard. Ava plans to study Biology or Chemistry and pursue a career as a Physician Assistant to a Women’s Health doctor.
