Missouri Conservation Commission Action – September

JEFFERSON CITY – The Missouri Conservation Commission met Sept. 6 for a budget and regulations workshop followed by a closed executive session and then their regular open meeting. All were held at The Keeter Center at College of the Ozarks at Point Lookout. Commissioners attending the open meeting in person or online were:

ADMINISTRATION

The Commission:

  • Approved recommendations for changes from the mid-year Wildlife Codereview and associated action items.
  • Approved antlerless-elk-hunting regulation recommendations.
  • Approved submission of the estimated Fiscal Year 2026 appropriation requests to the Office of Administration budget director pursuant to Section 33.220 RSMo.
  • Approved the suspension or revocation of one or more hunting, fishing, or trapping privileges of 24 individuals for cause or court ordered:
