PERRYVILLE — The Perryville Police Department has released its latest reports.
38-year-old Cody McGee of Perryville was charged with aggravated DWI, fourth degree assault on a special victim, driving while revoked and failure to comply with ignition device requirements.
According to the report a police officer made contact wih individuals in reference to stop and hold out of Ste. Genevieve and the charges were the result.
Austin David Lee Overall of Chaffee was charged with tampering in the first degree and motor vehicle theft at 2:48 p.m. August 11th at the 130.2 mile marker of southbound I-55.
According to the police report, an officer received a dispatch for a check the well being at that location and investigation led to the charges.
Police also reported two incidents:
A Spring Street resident reported property damage at 1:30 p.m. August 10th.
A burglary with property damage was reported around 1:30 p.m. August 12th in the 1100 block of North Kingshighway.
