Brian C. Adams of Perryville turned himself in on a warrant at 2:48 p.m. August 5th.
Police are investigating a report of a third degree assault in the 1600 block of Grand Avenue after responding to a 911 open line call for service at 11:35 p.m. August 10th in the 1600 block of Grand Avenue.
