26-year-old Alan Barsahov of Hallandale Beach, Florida at 11:17 a.m. Monday in Ste. Genevieve County on a warrant out of Broward County, Florida for felony second degree grand theft.
He was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.
