JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report of arrests.

 

Arrested were:

 

47-year-old Kelly Shipley of Festus at 6:49 p.m. Thursday in Ste. Genevieve County on patrol charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine residue) and delivery of a controlled substance to a jail and on a Jefferson County warrant for for driving without a proper operator’s license. She was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.

 

52-year-old Jason K. Ives of Festus at 6:32 p.m. Thursday in Ste. Genevieve County on a Jefferson County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. He was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.

 

36-year-old Kirsten R. Kohm of Perryville at 12:48 p.m. Thursday in St. Francois County on patrol charges of driving while intoxicated. She was taken to the Ste. Genevieve County Jail on a 12-hour hold.

 

40-year-old Thomas C. Harper of St. Louis at 8:38 a.m. Thursday in Ste. Genevieve County on patrol charge of driving while revoked. He was released.
