JEFFERSON CITY — An O’Fallon, Missouri woman suffered moderate injuries in a traffic crash Saturday afternoon on I-55 in Perry County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports 65-year-old Denya L. Thurston was taken to St. Francis Medical Center by ambulance. The patrol says she was buckled up.
The patrol says Thurston was the driver of a northbound 2020 Ford Edge which ran off the right side of the roadway, and collided with an embankment.
The Edge had extensive damage and was towed by Perry County Towing.
The crash happened about 4:15 p.m. at the 128.4 mile marker.
