A funeral will be held Tuesday, July 23, 2024 for 91-year-old Cleta Catherine Giesler of Ozora, Mo. who passed away Monday, July 15, 2024 at home in Ozora.
She was born January 9, 1933 in Minnith, Mo., a daughter of Dennis “Skinner” Heberlie and Laura (Hoffman) Heberlie, who both preceded her in death/
She married Cletus Giesler June 2, 1951. He preceded her in death.
She is survived by a son: Carl (Jan) Giesler of Ozora, Mo.; a daughter: JoAnn (Gary) Hammer of Festus, Mo.; a sister: Virginia (Norman) Hayden of Perryville, Mo.; grandchildren: Rachael (Vito) Hammer Lallis, Wesley Hammer, Ryan (JaNiece) Giesler and Miranda (Matt) Drury; great grandchildren: Enzo, Giovanni, Jayan, Riece, Rycker, Cameron and Lola.
She was also preceded in death by a sister: Hilda Hahn; three brothers: Dennis Heberlie, Jr., Rudy Heberlie, and Alvin Heberlie.
Visitation will be 8:30-10:30 a.m. Tuesday July 23, 2024 at the Basler Funeral Home in Sainte Genevieve, Mo.
A funeral for 91-year-old Cleta Catherine Giesler of Ozora, Mo.will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Ozora, Mo. Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at 11:00 am.
Burial will be at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery in Ozora, MO

She was a member of VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
