A funeral will be held Thursday, July 18, 2024 for 67-year-old Ruth Ann Ochs Glauner of Sainte Genevieve, Mo. who passed away Saturday, July 13, 2024 at home in Sainte Genevieve, Mo.
She was born December 26, 1956 in Cape Girardeau, Mo., daughter of Rudolph Ochs and Shirley (Martin) Ochs, who both preceded her in death.
She is survived by a daughter: Barbara Chandler of Sainte Genevieve, Mo.; two sons: Nathan (Arinda) Szabelski of Pilot Knob, Mo., and Jeffrey Szabelski of West Plains, Mo.; two sisters: Lisa (Gary) Ramsey of Sainte Genevieve, Mo., and Sharon (David) Detjen of Perryville, Mo; four brothers: Louie (Janelle) Ochs of Perryville, Mo., Stanley Ochs of Perryville, Mo., Herbert (Rashanda) Ochs of Uniontown, Mo., and Steven Ochs of Perryville, Mo.; grandchildren: Dakota (Allen), Dillon (Taylor), Aaron, Hunter, Alana, and Mackenzie and Madelynn ; six great grandchildren; and many step grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her husband: Harry Glauner; and a sister-in-law: Diane (Wills) Ochs.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Ste. Genevieve, Perryville Eagles Club. Ruth enjoyed fishing, playing cards, bingo, camping, spending time outdoors, most of all her children and grandchildren were her world.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, July 18, 2024 at the Basler Funeral Home in Sainte Genevieve, Mo.
