Harold’s Famous Bee Co. proudly presents its 4th Annual Honey Festival and Market Saturday, June 29th, inviting nature lovers to immerse themselves in a day of education, shopping, food, music, and fun.

 

 

Join us as we cultivate knowledge through engaging education and demonstrations. Experienced beekeepers will share their expertise, providing insights into the fascinating world of bees. This is the perfect opportunity to learn more about beekeeping, gardening, homesteading, and the crucial role these pollinators play in our ecosystem.

 

Indulge your taste buds in mead and honey tastings and explore a variety of honey-infused delights.

 

The festivities extend to a vibrant farmers-market-style marketplace, offering an array of bee-related products and much more.

 

As always, this event is free to attend

            Hive Painting Contest 

                        All funds received will be donated to The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in support of Miss               Leighton (Leighton’s Legion), local CF Warrior and Make A Wish recipient. 

                        It’s that time for our annual Hive Art Contest and we need your creativity!

 

                        How it works: Stop by our storefront starting Tuesday, June 11th to pick up a hive body.               Paint your design and return to us no later than Thursday, June 27th.  (The design can be             anything of your choosing – must be family friendly.) 

 

                        Voting will take place at our 4th Annual Honey Festival + Market: Special guest judges                            with the local art community will vote using their golden ticket, this ticket is equivalent                            to $25. In addition, festival guests can vote for their favorite, $1 = one vote! 

 

                        (You do not need to be present to win.)

 

                        The winner will receive: trophy, a basket full of HFBCo goodies valued at $100, and                                bragging rights!
