JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report of arrests.
Among those listed as arrested:
32-year-old Tylor W. Howie of Bloomsdale at 10:32 a.m. Wednesday on an Arnold Police Department charge of violation of financial responsibility. He was being held in the St. Charles Department of Corrections pending the posting of bond.
