PERRYVILLE – The City of Perryville is offering competitive, financial assistance through matching grants for improving the appearance, consistency, character, and overall ambiance of our downtown area by restoring and improving downtown buildings in an historically appropriate manner to add to the character and aesthetic of the entire downtown.
Two programs are available:
1) Façade Improvement grant (requires 50% match) – This program has been established to support business and property owners in our downtown TIF district in the design and construction of façade enhancements;
2) Structural Improvement grant (requires 75% match) -This program has been established to support business and property owners in our downtown district in the design, rehabilitation, and construction of necessary improvements to buildings within the downtown TIF District.
