SGHS presents athletics awards
STE. GENEVIEVE – Ste. Genevieve High School honored its spring student athletes with an awards banquet recently.
The following awards were presented:
Track and field
CHESTER – Five Chester Yellow Jackets will participate in the state track and field meet this weekend.
Gabe Coffman will compete in the high jump and 800 meter run.
Coffman will also participate in the 4×400 relay along with Gabe Steele, Cayden Brunkhorst, and Garrett Hopkins.
PERRYVILLE – Perryville track and field athletes will compete in four events: Ellie Gerler in the shot put and discus, Ben Huber in the discus and Katie Farrow in the pole vault.
Soccer
PERRYVILLE –The district champion Perryville Lady Pirates will take on Whitfield in a sectional round game Saturday.
