SPRINGFIELD – The Lions of Illinois hosted their state convention in Springfield from May 17 to May 20, 2024.
Several Lions were honored for their dedication to Lionism, with Lion Brenda Pautler from Chester being one of the three recipients of the prestigious Melvin Jones Fellow award.
The award is the highest honor a Lion can give to another person or Lion member.
Lion Brenda, a 20-year member, was recognized for her exceptional leadership and recruitment efforts within her club.
