Lucas Kunce issues statement on 2024 abortion rights vote after Missourians for Constitutional Freedom collects 380,000 signatures to end state’s abortion ban

INDEPENDENCE, Mo. — Lucas Kunce issued the following statement in response to Missourians for Constitutional Freedom announcing 380,000 signatures (“more than twice the likely total needed to qualify for this year’s statewide ballot”) to put a vote to end Missouri’s total abortion ban on the ballot in November — alongside the U.S. Senate race.

“Democrats, Republicans, and Independents came together across our state to take back power over their lives and bodies from control-freak politicians, thanks to the hard work of Missourians for Constitutional Freedom,” said Kunce. “See you in November, Josh Hawley.”
