SPARTA – On Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 7:47 p.m. the Sparta Police Department received a call for shots fired in the area of East College Street.
Officers arrived in the area and spoke with several neighbors in the area. Several neighbors reported that they believed the noise to be fireworks.
The Sparta Police Department is still investigating the incident.
