Girl Scout Cookie sales extended

SPRINGIFIELD – Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland Introduces Cookie Share Match Extension and Season Extension.

By extending the sale of Girl Scout Cookies, Girl Scouts will double the impact for Ozark Food Harvest.

Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland is excited to announce the extension of the Girl Scout Cookie season through April 21. Traditionally held from January to March, this extension provides our troops with a valuable opportunity to amplify their earnings and surpass their 2024 cookie sales goals.

Moreover, we’re thrilled to introduce our Cookie Share Program, a cherished tradition within Girl Scouts, wherein customers can purchase cookies for donation to a designated partner. In a bid to double our impact, all cookies bought through the Cookie Share Program between April 1 and April 21 will be matched.

This means your contribution will be doubled, benefiting Ozark Food Harvest, a food bank serving 85 food banks across the Ozarks and providing essential sustenance to over 30,000 individuals or more than 10,000 households annually.

The Girl Scout Cookie Program is fundamental to the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, fostering crucial skills and experiences for our girls. By extending the cookie season, Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland is providing our girls with additional time to achieve their individual and troop sales objectives. Together, let’s make a meaningful difference in our communities while empowering the leaders of tomorrow.

We Are Girl Scouts. Girl Scouts bring their dreams to life and work together to build a better world. Through programs from community to community, Girl Scouts of all backgrounds and abilities can be unapologetically themselves as they discover their strengths and rise to meet new challenges—whether they want to climb to the top of a tree or the top of their class, lace up their boots for a hike or advocate for climate justice, or make their first best friends. Backed by trusted adult volunteers, mentors, and millions of alums, Girl Scouts lead the way as they find their voices and make changes that affect the issues most important to them.
