Woolery, William Joe W/M DOB: 09/27/1953 of Columbia MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Laclede County on the original charge of No Insurance.  Bond was set at $300.00 cash only.

 

Williams, Crystal Ray W/F DOB: 5/31/1984 of St. Louis MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of Driving While Revoked/Suspended.  Bond was set at $250.00 cash only.

 

Shockley, Nathan Edward W/M DOB: 03/24/1991 of Festus MO was arrested on the following warrants:

-Failure to Appear Warrant through Jefferson County on the original charge of Traffic.  Bond was set as a Recognizance bond.

-Failure to Appear Warrant through Jefferson County on the original charge of Traffic.  Bond was set at $224.50 cash only.

 

Reffitt, Daniel Joseph Alexander W/M DOB: 02/20/1989 of Bartlesville OK was arrested on a Probation and Parole Violation Warrant on the charge of absconding.  No bond allowed.

 

Ratajczak, Robert Andrew W/M DOB: 03/25/2002 of Sullivan MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of Traffic.  Bond was set at $300.00 cash only.

 

Alexy, Matthew Paul W/M DOB: 02/14/1991 of O’Fallon MO was arrested on a Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges:

-Possession of a Controlled Substance

-Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

-Fail to Display Plates on Motor vehicle

-Driving while revoked/suspended- 1st offense

-Exceeded Posted Speed limit

Bond was set at $2,500.00 cash or surety.

 

Mcintyre, Matthew Robert W/M DOB: 07/15/1979 of Arnold MO was arrested on a Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges:

-Unlawful Use of a Weapon

-Possession of a Controlled Substance

-Displayed or possessed motor vehicle plates of another person

-Failed to stop for stop sign

-Failure to register motor vehicle

-Operated motor vehicle with excessive vision reducing material

-Owner operated motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility

Bond was set at $2,500.00 cash or surety.

Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office.  Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only.  Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
