STE. GENEVIEVE – Ste. Genevieve High School’s Emeralds Dance Team came in second out of five teams in their division at State.
Boys Basketball
PERRYVILLE – St. Vincent defeated Brentwood Saturday 56-34 to win the Class 2 District 4 championship game.
St. Vincent hosts Puxico for a Class sectional game Tuesday. At 6 p.m.
STE. GENEVIEVE – Ste. Genevieve has the top seed in the Class 4 District 1 boys basketball tournament.
Dexter is next, followed by Kennett, Fredericktown, Doniphan and Perryville.
Ste. Genevieve plays the winner of Tuesday’s 5 p.m. game between Fredericktown and Doniphan on Thursday at 5 p.m.
Perryville plays Kennett Tuesday at 7 p.m.
The tournament is at Ste. Genevieve.

PERRYVILLE – Perryville has the second seed in the Class 4 District 2 tournament and will play third seed Ste. Genevieve at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Park Hills Central.
