41-year-old Nicholas Lee Largent of Festus MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Festus Police Department on the original charge of Driving While Suspended. Bond was set at $97.00 cash only.

 

44-yer-old Jeremy Michael Heberlie of Ste. Genevieve MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of Speeding and No Insurance. Bond was set at $250.00 cash only.

 

52-year-old Lisa Ann Hastings of De Soto MO was arrested on the following Warrants:

-Failure to Appear Warrant through Jefferson County on the original charge of Traffic. Bond was set at $500.00 cash only.

-Failure to Appear Warrant through Farmington Police Department on the original charge of Traffic. Bond was set at $2,500.00 Personal Recognizance allowed.

 

47-year-old John Eric Misplay of Farmington MO was arrested on the following Warrants:

-Failure to Appear Warrant through Jefferson County on the original charge of Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle. Bond was set as a Personal Recognizance Bond.

-Failure to Appear Warrant through Jefferson County on the original charge of Driving While Revoked. Bond was set at $400.00 cash only.

-Failure to Appear Warrant through Jefferson County on the original charge of Driving While Revoked. Bond was set at $400.00 cash only.

-Failure to Appear Warrant through Jefferson County on the original charge of Failure to maintain financial responsibility. Bond was set as a Personal Recognizance bond.

 

47-year-old Jamie Shawn Allen of Hillsboro MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Arnold Police Department on the original charge of Failure to provide Financial Responsibility. Bond was set at $150.00 cash only.

 

Robert Anthony Hendrix Jr. of Park Hills MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of Owner Operated Motor Vehicle Without Maintaining Financial Responsibility. Bond was set at $150.00 cash only.

 

40-year-old Donald Ray Littrell of Ste. Genevieve MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of Failure to void deer permit or fail to attach permit to deer. Bond was set at $138.00 cash only.

Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only. Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
