SGES robotics team competes in St. Louis

STE. GENEVIEVE – The Ste. Genevieve Elementary School robotics team competed in St. Louis on Saturday, January 27th.

 

All four teams were in the top 10 in the qualification rankings out of 20 teams.

 

SGES received a 2nd, 5th, and 10th place award!

 

 

One of the teams, made up of Cameron Kueker, Kanaan Kwan and Elliott Rayoum, won the Inspire Award! The judges reviewed their engineering journal which included actual and hand drawn pictures, writings about their successes, failures, and how they worked through challenging problems.

 

The following SGES students took part: Myla Meyer, Laura Ann Woods, Miles Ditch, Micah Kertz, Collin Gegg, Tristan Matthews, Kanann Kwan, Elliot Rayoum, Cameron Kueker, Tessa Richardson, Mason Hurst and Keaton James.
