Ste. Genevieve High School Senior Nathan Johnson signs with Ottawa University

STE. GENEVIEVE — On Friday, Jan. 26, Ste. Genevieve High School senior Nathan Johnson signed a national letter of intent to compete on the football team at Ottawa University. Nathan is the son of Marcela and Scott Johnson.

 

 

In attendance were his parents; friends and teammates Vinil Bhagha, Connor Dorenkamp, Wyatt Kemper, Kayden Manning, Dalton McBride, Aiden Meyer, Mason Nix, Tucker Reed, Jacob Schweigert and Justin Schweigert.

 

 

Head Football Coach Jay Pope, Assistant Football Coaches Kenny Rapp, Adam Sherry, and Chris Thompson, Defensive Coordinator Tyson Roth, and SG R-II Athletic Director Jeff Nix also attended to show their support.

 

 

Throughout his football career with the Dragons, Nathan has played Center, Right Guard and Defensive Tackle.
