PHS Robotics Club brings home two trophies

PERRYVILLE – A huge congratulations to Simon Wibbenmeyer and Grady Warren for bringing home two trophies Saturday!

The Perryville Pirates, FIRST Tech Challenge Team No. 20378, was chosen as the first alliance partner.

Together, along with MotorDame, FTC Team No. 7961, took first place in the Southeast Missouri League Tournament.

The Pirates also took home the Think Award, which is given to the team judges thought reflected and worked through the journey of the engineering design process.

The D-32 Pirates unfortunately weren’t advanced to the state level, but their accomplishments and progress this season were recognized and respected by other teams.

Thanks to this year’s sponsors who made it all possible.
