A funeral will be held Monday, Jan. 22, 2024 for 101-year-old Amie E. Holifield of Perryville, Missouri who passed away Thursday, January 11, 2024 at her residence.
She was born December 27, 1922 in St. Louis, MO a daughter of Louis and Ida May (Clingingsmith) Heider-Craft, who both preceded her in death.
Survivors include a daughter: Cheryl Brace of Perryville, MO.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter: Delores Archer; two sons: Ronald Holifield and Wayne Holifield; grandson: Matthew Archer; granddaughter: Amie Ridley; two brothers: Earl Heider and Walter Heider; a sister: Dora Schumacher.
Amie was a home maker and a member of Perryville Art Alliance, Perryville Womens Bowling League, and a volunteer with the Women’s Crisis Center in Perryville.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, January 22, 2024 at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville.
Funeral Service will be at 1 p.m. Monday, January 22, 2024 at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville.
Burial will be at York Chapel Cemetery in Longtown, Mo.
Memorial contributions may be given to Perry County Fire Department.
