PERRYVILLE — Police in Perryville are reporting the arrest of a 37-year-old homeless man on Christmas for allegedly prowling after dark.
Police say they arrested Nathan A. Depung around 7:30 p.m. after they were called to the 1000 block of Lottes Boulevard for “suspicious circumstances.”
