Hattenhauer earns degree from Central Methodist University

FAYETTE, Mo. — Central Methodist University celebrated its Winter 2023 commencement on December 9 in Puckett Fieldhouse on the Fayette campus. Board of trustees member James Marchbank gave the commencement address as a packed house of family, friends, faculty, staff, and other guests celebrated the graduates.

Students were recognized for earning degrees at the master’s, bachelor’s, and associate’s levels.

Devin Hattenhauer, of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., was among those on the program for the event. Hattenhauer graduated with the following degree: (Business) Bachelor of Science.

Since its founding in 1854, CMU has evolved into a university that confers master’s, bachelor’s and associate’s degrees through programming on its main campus in Fayette, Mo., and through extension sites and online.

Editor’s note: It has come to my attention that there may be other CMU graduates from the River Region which were not publicized by the university. If you have a family member from Perry or Ste. Genevieve Counties in Missouri or Randolph County in Illinois who graduated in the Winter of 2023, please send their information and a photo to: news@suntimesnews.com
