JEFFERSON CITY – A 22-year-old French Village woman suffered moderate injuries in a traffic crash on Route C in St. Francois County Monday morning.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Gabrielle E. Ainsworth was taken to Parkland Health Bonne Terre by a St. Francois County ambulance.
The patrol says the crash happened when the 2015 Kia Forte Ainsworth was driving east on Route C ran off the left side of the roadway striking a fence and a tree.
The patrol says Ainsworth was buckled up.
The crash happened about 11:15 a.m. in the 5000 block of Route C.
The Kia received extensive damage and was towed by Marlers.
