He is the son of Samuel and Lauren (Meyer) Zahner.
Kysen was to be baptized into the Catholic Faith at St. Maurus Catholic Church in Biehle. Godparents Randy Meyer, Leah and Steven Ford.
Survivors include his parents; big brother Timothy Joseph “TJ” Zahner; maternal grandparents, “Pappy & NANA” Randy and Lucy Meyer; paternal grandmother, “Grammy” Vicki Zahner; maternal-great grandmother, Carole Jo Byrd; aunts & uncles, “Auntie & “Uncle” Leah & Steven Ford, “Auntie & Uncle” Jackie & Mike Behrle, “Unky” Daniel Zahner; three cousins, Christine, Haylee, and Levi.
He was preceded in death by paternal grandfather, “Grampy” Timothy Zahner; paternal great-grandparents, Leroy & Marie Zahner, Wilma & Willard C. Mueller; maternal great-grandfather, Jack Byrd; maternal great-grandparents, James “Roger” & Gladys Meyer; .
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Monday, November 27, 2023 and from 8:00 am to 10:00 am on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville.
Funeral Service will be at 10:00 am Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville with the Rev. Michael Benz officiating.
Burial will be at St. Maurus Catholic Cemetery in Biehle.
