JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report.
39-year-old Katie M. Froelich of Bloomsdale was arrested at 4:36 p.m. Monday in Jefferson County on Jefferson County charges of failing to register a vehicle and two counts of expired vehicle license.
She was being held in the Jefferson County Jail pending the posting of bond.
