MoDOT announces River Region work zones

SIKESTON – The Missouri Department of Transportation has announced a few work zones in the River Region counties of Perry and Ste. Genevieve.

 

Route 32 in Ste. Genevie County will be reduced to one lane as contractor crews perform guardrail improvements.

 

This section of roadway is located from Route C in Ste. Genevieve to East Karsch Boulevard in Farmington.

 

Weather permitting, work will take place from Wednesday, Nov. 29 through Wednesday, Dec. 6 from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

Route D in Ste. Genevie and St. Francois Counties will be reduced to one lane with a 10-foot width restriction as contractor crews perform guardrail improvements.

 

This section of roadway is located from Route Y to Route EE in Farmington, Missouri.

 

Route C in Perry County will be reduced to one lane with a 12-foot width restriction as contractor crews perform guardrail repairs.

 

This section of roadway is located from the Route 51 to Route A near Frohna, Missouri.

 

Weather permitting, work will take place Wednesday, Dec. 6 through Friday, Dec. 22 from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

 

As work is underway in the three work zones, flaggers will be present, and the work zones will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
