A graveside service will be held Friday, November 10, 2023 for 65-year-old Alan Hasty of Ste. Genevieve, formerly of Herculaneum who passed away Thursday, November 2, 2023 at Riverview at the Park in Sainte Genevieve, Mo.
He was born July 28, 1958 in Jefferson City, Mo., a son of the late Lewis and Helen (Talken) Hasty.
He is survived by two daughters: Colleen Gibson and Erica Derousse; two brothers: Derek (Cheryl) Hasty of Park Hills, Mo. and Lewis Hasty of Fredericktown, Mo.; two sisters: Renee (Stephen) Carrow of Linn Creek, Mo., aand Sandra (Russell) Michler of Pevely, Mo.; and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Lewis and Helen Hasty.
A graveside service for 65-year-old Alan Hasty of Ste. Genevieve, formerly of Herculaneum will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, November 10, 2023 at the Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery on Riverview Drive in Pevely, Mo.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Alan was a veteran and a retired river barge first mate. He worked on the river for over 25 years.
Alan enjoyed playing pool, poker, playing his guitar, and being with his dogs.
