Biehle woman hurt in Highway 32 crash in Ste. Genevieve County

JEFFERSON CITY — A 50-year-old Biehle woman received minor injuries in a traffic crash on Highway 32 in Ste. Genevieve County Tuesday morning.

 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Kelly Hotop was taken to Mercy Hospital Jefferson by a Ste. Genevieve County ambulance.

 

The patrol says Hotop was the driver of a westbound 2019 Ford Fusion which struck the rear of a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta which was stopped in traffic.

 

The driver of the Jetta, 19-year-old Vincent Wittu of Ste. Genevieve, was uninjured.

 

The patrol says both drivers were buckled up.

 

The crash happened about 7:13 a.m. at Southbound Fuels.

 

Both vehicles received extensive damage and were removed by Ste. Genevieve Towing.
