JEFFERSON CITY – The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest reports.
31-year-old Andere J. Millender of Godfrey Illinois was picked up at 11:50 a.m Wednesday on a warrant out of the St. Charles County Department of Corrections for no valid license. He was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.
