Golf
STE. GENEVIEVE – Ste. Genevieve’s Karlie Basler came in 25th with a 96 and Eleanor McKlin had a 122 to finish in 79th at the Class 2 State Golf Tournament.
The tournament was played Monday at the Twin Hills Golf and Country Club in Joplin.
STE. GENEVIEVE – Valle Catholic’s Kelsey Blum had a 240 to finish in 76th and Gwendalyn McKlin finished with a 242 to come in 79th at the Class 1 State Golf Tournament at the Sedalia Country Club.

JACKSON – Saxony Lutheran boys and girls run in the Heartland Conference meet today at 4 p.m.,

STE/ GENVIEVE – Valle boys and girls run at the North County Invitational Thursday

PERRYVILLE – Perryville boys and girls run in the Class 4 District 1 cross country meet at Arnold City Park in Arnold Saturday, October 28.
PERRYVILLE – St. Vincent girls run in the Class 1 District 1 Cross Country meet and the boys run in the Class 2 District 1 cross country meet. Both meets are at Notre Dame High School in Cape Girardeau Saturday, October 28.

PERRYVILLE – Perryville plays Fredericktown in the Class 3 District 1 Tournament at Bayless at 2:30 today in St. Louis.

CHESTER – The Chester High School Lady Jackets have won four in a row with recent victories over Sparta and Red Bud.

On Thursday October 5 at Sparta Wolff was instrumental in getting the Lady Jackets back on track after losing the first set 17-25. In Set 2 Wolff served the Jackets to a 10-point run to bring life back into the Jackets and later served the game point to win the set 25-20. Jim Beers Photo

The Pirates play Potosi at 7 p.m. in the Class 3 District 2 Tournament at Ste. Genevieve.

STE GENEVIEVE — Valle Catholic has the second seed in the Class 3 District 2 Tournament at Ste. Genevieve. They will play the winner of today’s game between Perryville and Potosi.
JACKSON – Saxony Lutheran has the second seed in the Class 3 District 1 tournament at Dexter. They will play the winner of the Thursday game between Fredericktown and Kennett at 6:30 p.m. Monday, October 23rd
