CAPE GIRARDEAU — Cape Girardeau Police report the arrest of 50-year-old Tara J. Farrow of Cape Girardeau on a Ste. Genevieve warrant for three counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while intoxicated and failure to drive with a single lane.
