Brandon L. Pulliam 36, Tamms, arrested September 28, 2023 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on an Alexander County warrant for failure to appear on a possession of methamphetamine charge. Bond is $25,000. Is incarcerated.
Michael L. Mattingly 49, Chester, arrested September 29, 2023 by Chester Police for armed violence, unlawful methamphetamine trafficking, uninsured vehicle & suspended registration. Is Incarcerated.
Derril L. Heath 54, Chester, arrested September 29, 2023 by Chester Police for unlawful methamphetamine trafficking & possession of drug paraphernalia. Is Incarcerated.
Brayan A. Carrillo Pablo 20, Chester, arrested September 29 2023 by Chester police on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on an operating uninsured motor vehicle charge. Released on recognizance bond.
Matthew A. Banks 33, Alton, arrested September 29, 2023 by Chester Police for operating uninsured motor vehicle and unlawful display of license plate. Released with notice to appear in court.
