Jeremy Edward Wengert, 44, of Saint Mary, Missouri passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
He was born June 17, 1979 in Perryville, MO to Arleen Barnett.
He was a member of Christ the Savior Catholic Church in Brewer.
Jeremy liked swimming, camping, riding in side by sides, playing with his toys and boating. Above all Jeremy loved just being with his family, where they went, he went. Jeremy helped others by giving the gift of life as an organ donor.
Survivors include his mother, Arleen Barnett; brother, Rocky (Amanda) Barnett of Perryville, MO; two sisters, Jodi (Brandon) Holdman of Perryville, MO, Casey (Dustin) Abt of Ste. Genevieve, MO; niece, Taylor, Carlie, Kyndell, Kymber; nephew, Treyton, Coltin, Carson, Keagan.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Edward & Adele Wengert.
Visitation will be from 6 am to 10 am on Monday September 25, 2023 at Christ the Savior Church in Brewer. Funeral Mass will follow at 10 am with Fr. Joe Geders C.M. officiating.
Inurnment will be at Christ the Savior Catholic Church Cemetery at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be given to Mid-America Transplant or Christ the Savior Catholic Church in Brewer.
