Parade Information

With multiple bands, floats, and class trailers, the St. Vincent Alumni boasts one of the largest homecoming parades in Southeast Missouri. Although there are some slight changes since it’s beginning, the parade has been a tradition of Homecoming for over 70 years. Whether you’re a participant or a spectator, we hope you enjoy this tradition of the St. Vincent Alumni.

Each graduating class is encouraged to get a group of classmates together to ride in the parade. Cars, trucks, and trailers with decorations and class year are all acceptable. We always reserve a spot for each class and there’s no sign-up required.

All reunion classes are encouraged to participate in our annual parade float competition. Even if your class is not celebrating a reunion year, you can still enter in our competition!
