CHESTER – The Randolph County Sheriff’s office has released its latest report of arrests.
Arrested were:
Dustin L. Oakley 31, Chester, arrested August 14, 2023 by Sparta Police on a Champaign County warrant for driving suspended/revoked. Bond is $5,000. Is incarcerated.
Edwin Maldonado Perez 19, Chester, arrested August 15, 2023 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for no driver’s license and improper lane usage. Is incarcerated.
Michael O. Petterson 23, Evansville, arrested August 16, 2023 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for driving while license suspended. Released after posting $185 cash bond.
Jose M. Lopez-Cardona 25, Chester, arrested August 16, 2023 by Chester Police on a Perry County IL warrant for predatory criminal sexual assault and a Jackson County warrant for aggravated criminal sexual assault. Bond amount is $400,000. Is incarcerated.
Stephanie F. Blankenship 22, Steeleville, arrested August 16, 2023 by Steeleville Police on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a driving while license suspended charge. Released after posting $500 cash bond.
Jose A. Lopez Roblero 29, Chester, arrested August 17, 2023 by Chester Police for DUI, driving while license revoked, operating uninsured motor vehicles, illegal transportation of alcohol and Improper display of license plate. Released after posting $300 cash bond.
William C. Hall 37, Ellis Grove, arrested August 17, 2023 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for aggravated assault of peace officer. Is incarcerated.
Ashley R. Mulholland 32, DuQuoin, arrested August 17, 2023 by Chester Police for possession of methamphetamine & illegal transportation of alcohol. She is also wanted out of St. Clair County for Speeding in a construction zone. Bon don the warrant is $3,000. Is incarcerated.
Brandon A. Lindsey 32, DuQuoin, arrested August 18, 2023 by Chester Police for possession of methamphetamine & suspended registration. Is incarcerated.
Michael A. Boyt 28, Sparta, arrested August 18, 2023 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for domestic battery. Is incarcerated.
Nathan A. Casteel 45, Chester, arrested August 18, 2023 by Chester Police for stalking & resisting a peace officer. Is incarcerated.
Charles G. McGuire 41, Carbondale, arrested August 20, 2023 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on a Jackson County warrant for violation of order of protection. Is incarcerated.
Timothy S. Hobeck 40, Chester, arrested August 20, 2023 by Chester Police for criminal trespass to land. Released after posting $1,500 cash bond.
