Randall Wayne Skaggs, Sr., 68, was born on July 30, 1954 in St. Louis, Missouri. He died on July 29, 2023 in Festus, Missouri.
Visitation will be held on August 2, 2023 from 4-7 p.m. at Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus, Missouri.
Another visitation will take place on August 3, 2023 at 10:00 AM, followed by Funeral Services at 11 a.m., both at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri.
Interment will follow at Brown Cemetery in St. Mary, Missouri.
A luncheon will be held at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri.
Randall worked at AT&T.
