JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report.
31-year-old Pierre B. Nelson of Kissimmee, Florida was arrested at 5:02 p.m. July 18 in Ste. Genevieve County on a Cass County warrant for failure to appear on a non-moving traffic violation. He was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.
