Perryville Police reports

PERRYVILLE — The Perryville Police Department has released its latest reports.

 

57-year-old John J. Marks, who is homeless, was charged with driving while intoxicated, fourth degree assault on a special victim, resisting arrest, no insurance and no title in the 1300 block of South Perryville Boulevard at 11:32 a.m. June 13th. Police say they were dispatched by a report of someone who locked his keys inside his vehicle and had broken his windshield and was trying to break the other windows on his vehicle to get in.

 

23-year-old Perfecta Marie Perez-Garcia of Old Appleton was cited for harassment in the 800 block of North Main Street at 8:23 p.m. June 17th.

 

30-year-old Cortney D. Johnson of Perryville was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear on a speeding charge at 11:11 a.m. June 18th in the 400 block of North Spring Street.

 

18-year-old Daniel A. Aguilar-Montijo Jr. was cited for property damage at the city parking lot on South Main Street June 24th.

 

Property was found at Wal-Mart at 9:18 a.m. June 30th.
