Cadet teenager hurt in Highway 32 crash in Ste. Genevieve County

JEFFERSON CITY — A 16-year-old Cadet boy received minor injuries in a traffic crash Thursday, June 22 on Highway 32 in Ste. Genevieve County.

 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the teenager was taken to Parkland Health Center South by a Ste. Genevieve County ambulance.

 

The patrol says the 16-year-old was a passenger in a 1990 Chevrolet Malibu driven by 33-year-old Allan Turney of Potosi which struck the rear of a 2007 Toyota Camry which had stopped for a vehicle making a right turn. The driver of the Camry, 24-year-old Heather M. Bingaman-Schlett, and the driver of the Malibu were not hurt.

 

The patrol said all three persons were buckled up. Both vehicles sustained minor damage and were driven from the scene.

 

The crash happened about 4:47 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 32 and Lake Genevieve Drive.
